As a proud fourth-generation Nevadan, I earned my certificate and a minor in Gerontology in 2017 from the University of Nevada, Reno. The Gerontology program at UNR is dedicated to fostering person-centered care for the elderly. My certificate in dementia training has been a great help in contributing to the mission of Cooke Elder Navigation.
